I am looking for recommendations for a book that addresses tax issues
affecting retail sales cooperatives. I have found the Web page of the
USDA at http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/rbs/pub/cooprpts.htm that seemingly
answers any question one would ever ask about taxation of cooperatives,
but it has not satisfied my patron. He wants a resource that deals
specifically with the taxation of retail sales cooperatives.
