I am trying to find a copy of a speech by Martin Lipton from last
week's 25th Annual Institute on Federal Securities.
The speech was entitled "Shareholder Activism and the Eclipse of the
Public Corporation".
I think it appeared in Compliance Week's weekly e-newsletter and it
is on corporatecounsel.net -- but both are subscribe only links.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
