Hello, I am looking for a nice flowchart or step-by-step guide in a union organizing campaign from card-signing, to demand for recognition, to petition, to R-case hearing, to election, to certification, to objections, to technical refusal to bargain to test certification, etc.
The attorney is not interested in a treatise on the matter, but more like a visual schematic of the process hopefully containing time period requirements.
Any suggestions on materials to order would be helpful.
