Can someone direct me to a publication that discusses discovery in the
Middle East? I've directed the attorney to more general publications on
extraterritorial discovery, like the State Department's web pages on the
"Hague Convention on Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial
Matters" and the relevant portions of the "Manual on Complex
Litigation," but she'd like to see something specific to depositions and
discovery in Middle Eastern countries.
