I was asked to locate opt-in statistics for Fair Labor Standard Act
class actions - specifically the percentage of class members who
affirmatively opt-in. I found a few references in Daily Labor Report
from 2002 but they seemed more anecdotal than authoritative.
Someone posed this exact question on law-lib a few years ago but I
didn't see any follow ups. If anyone has a suggestion, please respond.
Thank you in advance!
