I have a NASD securities arbitration this week in New York City and I am in
need to borrow a copy of Investment Advisors: Law and Compliance Pub:Mathew
Bender, Authors James E. Anderson, Robert Bagnall & Marianne K. Smythe
Marianne K. Smythe is Respondents expert witness and I wanted to be able to
utilize the book on Cross examination
Would be most appreciative to borrow same for Tuesday 2/6, Wednesday 2/7,
Thursday 2/8 of this week
Preferably a NYC firm would have this 2 volume set to loan for a few
days....
