I have been tasked with trying to get a detailed list of licenses a
patent holder has. Actually, what I've been asked is if someone
compiles a database like TheDeal.com's M&A database. I know this has
come up at least once 6 years ago on this list, but I'm wondering if
there's anything new since then.
