Although I haven't begun receiving the Nightly Dunning Fax (it's just a
matter of time, I'm sure), I do spend several hours each week dealing
with billing problems associated with an LMA that went into effect on 1
Jan 2006. I'm STILL receiving Urgent Payment Reminders and phone calls
from in-house collections persons,
And we have to be careful! Some of these posts have been so creative
that folks might begin to suspect that we librarians actually DO have
senses of humor.
