I'm certainly glad I didn't order the new Harry Potter book from West or Lexis - might end up with eye of newt and toe of frog instead!

Subject: It's not just Thomson/West
Just so West doesn't feel as if they are the only ones with complaints, today I received a box from LexisNexis labeled "CA Federal Civil Rules." The contents of the box, however, included no books, but did in fact contain a bottle of 50 SPF sunscreen, two bags with a TV Guide logo that look as if they'd washed ashore from Tahiti, an infant sized t-shirt, three scarves (rags?), a towel and a wash rag and a shower curtain.
Is something going on in the Lexis shipping department we should know about? At any rate, if someone was expecting these items and got my books instead, I've already reordered, so you can keep them.
It's been that kind of day.
