Good Afternoon,
I am in need of a copy of 24 Ops. Cal. Atty. Gen. 60. The topic deals
with whether a promissory note secured by mortgage or deed of trust is a
security. I am not sure of the year, but I do know that it predates
anything available via Lexis or Westlaw or the CA Atty General website.
If you can provide a copy, I would be most appreciative.
