As requested, here is a summary of the comments:

- 15 people asked me to summarize comments.

That was pretty much it. No one reported actually having set up
something like this--a way to get a handle of all the attorneys'
back-and-forth "What do you think of this new decision?" or "Have you
ever handled this situation?" communications and commentary now going on
in e-mail with no central, searchable repository. Apparently what we are
thinking of implementing is more cutting edge than I thought. I guess
going forward I may have to give a report.
