Good morning.

I'm trying to locate "Memorandum on Parole Project for Asylum Seekers at
Ports of Entry and in INS Detention" signed by INS Commissioner Gene
McNary and dated April 20, 1992. I've checked Lexis and Westlaw; Westlaw
has an Interpreter Release which states the memo is attached in an
Appendix but I couldn't access it.

If anyone could provide a copy of the memo, we would pay any charges.
