Colleagues,

I just received this email and apologize for the short notice.

I have already asked my state's library association and the government
document roundtable to consider becoming a co-signer. I hope that many
of you are able to obtain an endorsement from your respective groups.
More information about the Spectrum Initiative can be found at

Greetings colleagues!

For any of you in Seattle and able to bring this to the attention of any committees, affiliates etc before Monday evening - please consider sharing the attached Tribute Resolution for Spectrum's 10th Anniversary with your constituencies. If your group can vote to add themselves as a co-signer before Monday evening - please send me an email (gprellwitz@ala.org) prior to Monday 9pm (or leave a message for me at the Hilton hotel) and we'll add you as a signer alongside the Committee on Diversity (COD) which will submit this resolution. Be sure to identify the group specifically as they should be listed. If there are any suggested revisions I will need those prior to 8am on Sunday when COD will officially finalize the resolution draft.

Councilors - can someone let me know who will be moving this and if you need anything - we won't have any members of the COD able to present I think? Thank you so much!

Thanks also to the Spectrum Advisory Council and its Chair Jon Cawthorne, Spectrum Scholar Interest Group Chair Maria Carpenter, Spectrum 10th Anniversary Planning Committee Chair Angela Barnes and everyone who helped pull this resolution together!

Safe travels all.
