There was some discussion on this list about 6 months ago about the LMA
agreement. I'm going to write an article for CRIV about LMA.
If you have experience with LMA, please let me know what you think. Is it
what you expected? Do you think you're saving money? What about flexibility
with cancellations and new subscriptions? Does it cut down on time
processing invoices & packing slips? What's good or bad?
If you were offered an LMA and chose not to take the offer, why not?
I don't believe I'm asking for confidential information, just general
information. Don't give me any numbers!
