Here are some suggestions I received for finding franchise agreements:
--Search EDGAR. Try searching filings by companies you know will have
franchisees (for example, Jenny Craig, Two Men and a Truck, Subway).
--Check with state agency regulating franchise opportunities for
availability of circulars/franchise agreements. NASAA chart showing
which states have securities departments that regulate franchising at:

--Use program such as 10k Wizard to search SEC filings.
--West product, Model Agreements & Checklists on CD-ROM, includes sample
and actual franchise agreements.
