Somewhere out there, some fee-based service provides ratings of labor
arbitrators on such bases as pro-labor / pro-management; emphasis on
worker discipline; emphasis on job safety, etc. I'm aware of the BNA
Directory, but what I'm thiking of is more evaluative service. If this
rings a bell with anyone, help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
