State Court Interpreter Rules, Regulations or Statutes

Does anyone know if a survey has been conducted and published of the rules, regulations or statutes of any state court's mandates for providing court interpreters in civil cases? If so, where can I find it?

The National Center for State Courts knowledge center information provides model guides with selected rules. That's as close as I can get. I've also quickly checked the National Court Interpreters Assocation and ABA. I have the Federal Act.

Thanks.
