I am currently in the process of writing a survey article on cost recovery
products for the Chicago Association of Law Libraries' Bulletin. This
article should be published in the first quarter of 2007.
As part of that article, I am curious to find what tools librarians are
using in terms of cost recovery for online research. To that end, I would
