I need to find, by close of business today, the 1970 edition of AmJur2d
, section 114 from the "Limitation of Actions" volume. One of our
librarians sat at the Library of Congress all morning awaiting delivery
of the volume only to be told it was off the shelf. I have also tried
the local universities and some document delivery services with no luck.
If you can fax or email me that section, I would be very grateful and we
will be happy to pay all costs involved.
