We already know about these publications:
--Federal Appellate Procedure 3rd Circuit by Jane Roth c1996 published
by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing (part of the American Inns of Court
series). OUT OF PRINT. Last update was 1996
--Almanac of the Federal Judiciary -- we're looking for a resource
on practice before this court, not just comments on the judges
Any suggestions?
