Greetings:

  Does anyone remember the ABA ethics opinion regarding the billing back of clients for online services? I believe it stated that there could no longer be the exorbitant mark ups of srvices such as Westlaw and Lexis to the clients. There may have been more than one eithcs opinion.

  If anyone can steer me to these opinions, I would be grateful.
