ABA, Reorganizing Failing Businesses

We have recently been approached by a number of our attorneys who have received invoices for what appear to be unsolicited shipments of a two volume looseleaf set entitled Reorganizing Failing Businesses from the ABA.  I currently have on my desk no less than 4 "past-due" invoices for these and the attorneys are insisting that not only did they not have a standing order for these, but that they never received this current shipment!  Now we in the library have a similar situation.  We have two invoices for this title which are "past-due"; one set of books was returned after we requested a return label, but the other set never got to us.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is this a new title for something?  Any clarification that anyone has will be appreciated.
