  Good Afternoon,

I am hoping you can help me determine which of these publications is considered the "standard" in South Carolina.

I know that the SC Bar currently publishes Anderson's SC Requests to Charge and refers to it as a "successor" of Ervin's publication. They no longer publish Ervin's Requests to Charge. However, West is still selling a CD-ROM version of Ervin's and I have just been informed by their editors that it is still being updated by Tom J. Ervin.

I have been asked by several of our SC attorneys what the difference is - and should we have both.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
