Back Issue of National Oil & Lube News

Good afternoon,

This is pretty random, but I have been asked to locate a copy of an
article from the National Oil & Lube News (NOLN) and I wondered if
anyone might be able to help me identify the issue in which a particular
article might be found? I don't have a citation, title or author, or
really any clue what this article might look like (of course!) . I only
know that it discusses a circumstance in which oil/lube retailers claim
that their distributor diluted/mixed/commingled the product the
retailers ordered with lower-grade oils, so that the
purchasers/retailers did not get the (high-quality) lube/oil that they
ordered and paid for, but rather some blended product of a lower
quality. We believe that this article was published within the last
year or so.

I guess I'd really like to see any article from the last year on the
topics of either 1) issues between retailers and distributors, OR 2)
allegations of mixed or commingled products being misrepresented as
pure. Any subscribers who can take a look?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Emily
