I am looking for the program materials from the 2005 NASPP conference
held in Chicago. The
section I need is from volume 2, session IX, dealing with the failure to
timely file Form 144.
The NASPP conference website lists the program session as "Section 16
Updates with Romeo and Dye".
The print material may list the session as something along the lines of
The Notice Requirement, Effect of failure to file.
Will be happy to pay for any incurred expenses.
