Hello,

I am looking to obtain a copy of the Guidelines referenced in the subject line. They were apparently promulgated by the Options Self Regulatory Council in 1980ish. I have searched the Federal Register and can only find mentions of the Guidelines and proposed and final amendments thereto. Anyone have any ideas?
