This document has been requested before on Law-Lib, but a source was not given. Could anyone point me to a source, other than the slow NLRB itself, for the following document?
Arbitration Deferral Policy Under Collyer - Revised Guidelines (unnumbered, May 10, 1973)
I have searched both the CCH & BNA looseleafs, the NLRB web site, WL, Google, and the Federal Register. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. My attorney wanted it yesterday, of course.
