Dear all:
Once again, I would like to thank everyone for all of your efforts in
helping me. The recorded legislation hotline had the P.L. and Stat.
citation this morning for H.R. 683, the Trademark Dilution Revision Act
that President Bush signed on Friday. It is P.L. 109-312, 120 Stat. 1730.
Since I don't usually work in the area of new legislation, I didn't know
about things such as the recorded hotline. I appreciate everyone who
made suggestions or called on my behalf. This was a real education for
me, and I will be able to include some of this information in future
presentations and publications.
Incidently, the copy editor will send my manuscript, "The Law of
Libraries and Archives," to the printer tomorrow. Look for Scarecrow
Press to begin distribution and sales in December or January. Thanks to
the efforts of the people on this list, my book will really be up to the
minute.
