We are trying to obtain a certified copy of a document held by the National Archives. We have the location and box number. They are telling us that we need to hire a "licensed researcher" to go to the National Archives to carry the document from its box to the NA certification department.
Can anyone recommend any "licensed researchers" in the DC area?
