Subject: California Environmental Law & Land Use Practice

I am trying to get a copy of Chap. 68 of the California Environmental
Law & Land Use Practice from Matthew Bender. The chapter deals with
Wetlands Regulation. I am unable to locate this book at either of our
local schools. It is on Lexis, but I had to get two previous chapters
on Lexis and it cost me more than the entire book.

If anyone has access and can send me a copy, it would be appreciated.
