We're trying to get copies of a couple of briefs from a case in the US
Court of International Trade. Though this is an ECF court, a regular
PACER password will not work with this court and of course, our attorney
needs this today when the court is closed for the federal holiday. If
anyone has access to this court and would be able to help me out, I (and
