I hope to have the clerk at the Middle District NC court pulling some documents this afternoon. Of course if the page count is over 200 this whole thing is moot.
The court doesn't have any service for delivery of docs...other than recommending Sir Speedy. Well, the downtown Sir Speedy is no longer open, the one "out of downtown" won't have any one available for a pickup after 3:00 today, they can't suggest an alternative.
Does anyone in Durham know of a service or a firm with a clerk who can do a pickup and then Fedex to Washington DC for a Tuesday delivery?
