Securities books assistance

Good morning, I need some help to track down a couple of requests for a new attorney. I've looked at publishers' websites and OCLC, but haven't been able to track down a couple of books:

1. A combination of 1933 and 1934 acts - in the same volume, probably red? And if you're not aware of this reference, which publisher's combination of these acts do you recommend? We have a few attorneys who prefer the SEC Handbook, published by RR Donnelly, but she said she didn't care for it.

2. A single-volume book that has the Delaware corporations code, with the California corporations code in the back? I'm aware of the CEB publication, Organizing California Corporations, that has a chart in the back, but she seems to think there is something with more substance to it.

Thanks much, Laurie
