Since the EPA E-Docket room unfortunately flooded in June when DC got
all that rain.( it will not be back up until November.) I am unable to
find a place to retrieve example answers / appeals / requests for
hearing that have been filed with the EPA (preferably Region 4) in
response to a Complaint and Order. If you know of a service where I can
search for these kinds of documents, I would appreciate hearing about
it.
