Late Delivery of e-mails

Good Morning-

     Recently, I have been receiving a number of law-lib e-mails a
number of hours late and in batches. For example, last night I received
an e-mail that had been sent around noon and I received it around 7pm.
I also received around 7pm a number of other law-lib emails that had
been sent during the afternoon.

     Has anyone else been experiencing these delays?
