WG & L Federal Tax Litigation section/pages needed [second or third edition]

We have tried to get this locally, but it is missing at the local law
school and is about equally out-of-date at another local firm.
 
If you have this can you look at section 3.04[1] and see if there is a
paragraph that begins "The taxpayer who elects to pay the tax and sue
for a refund in either......" If it's there could you email me that
page, the title/back page? If the section is not long just send the
whole section.
 
We will happily pay any/all associated costs for copying and faxing.
