I was asked to get all submissions by taxpayers regarding a Private
Letter Ruling (#9551033) in 2 weeks. I've contacted FOIA Group. However,
they got me back saying that it would take one month to get it. If there
is someone knows other sources that I can get this kind of info in 2
weeks, please kindly contact me off-list.
