Hello law-libbers,
I am trying to assist a faculty member in locating a treatise chapter or
law review article that compares U.S. law with that of foreign countries
on change-in-control transactions, specifically:
1. Existence and regulation of tender offers; and
2. Availability and regulation of the merger process.
The faculty member is not interested in one particular country for her
research. I think what she really wants is something that compares U.S.
law/regulatory schemes on these topics with the laws/regulatory schemes
of several other countries. I am doing some searching on WorldCat and in
law review indexes, but thought I would throw this out there to law-lib
just to see if anyone happened to already know of something. I realize
this is likely a long shot, but wanted to cover all my bases.
