Please excuse the cross-posting from Int-Law, but I am still looking for
an English translation of two BITs signed by Equatorial Guinea, one with
France and another with Spain. The France-EG BIT was signed in 1992 and
ratified in 1993 and the Spain-EG BIT was signed in 2004 but we are not
sure whether it has been ratified yet. I've checked the UNCTAD site, the
ICSID binders "Investment Treaties" and some basic Google searches, but
am now at a loss. Can anyone suggest a place to look for these, short of
contacting the embassy?
