1) We do subscribe to this, but you can find it up to date on Lexis in the
Bender Library.
2) A very helpful Bender/Lexis customer service person told me how to find
on the web the brief update newsletters that you are looking for and I can
download them and e-mail them to you if you have not found them yet.
