We have had a request for a book regarding the formation and operation of a cooperative corporation or association. This would not be anything like a homeowners association etc., but rather an organization which would act on behalf of companies with a similar focus. An example would be a group of small business in an organization which then helps them to purchase health insurance, etc., or companies of the same type, i.e. farmers.
