We are seeking Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands' versions of the Rules
of Professional Conduct, as well as any ethics opinions that each (bar
or supreme court) has rendered, particularly with regard to records
retention. The bar associations have been contacted via e-mail, but
have not replied as of this writing. Any help would be greatly
