Looking for EU Court of Justice case

Would anyone know of a good source to identify a particular EU Court of
Justice antitrust ruling?

I am trying to get a copy of a decision/judgment regarding Schneider
Electric and its merger with Legrand, which was supposed to have been
released by the court around March 2006. A March 23, 2006 Dow Jones news
story is the source for this information, and it appears to quote directly
from the court's ruling as in the following:

In its ruling, the Court said in a document obtained by Dow Jones
Newswires that it "rejected the entirety" of Schneider's appeal about the
procedure the Commission used to block the merger.

"The decision to open the formal examination procedure"
constitutes "a simple preparatory measure," the judgment reads.

What's even more frustrating is that the Dow Jones article states the
ruling as being posted on the court's website

The document, and posted on the court Web site, rejects part of
Schneider's suit seeking EUR1.66 billion in damages from the European
Commission over its botched merger with Legrand SA

I've checked the court's website
(http://curia.europa.eu/jurisp/cgi-bin/form.pl?lang=en) , and though I see
related decisions in the Court of First Instance, and one decision in the
Court of Justice, they don't have the language quoted in the article. I
also checked European resources on Westlaw and Lexis, but I keep coming up
with the same items as I found on the court's website.

Here are the matches I get from the court's search engine, none of which
appears to be the one cited by Dow Jones. I would have thought the ruling
for C-188/06 P would be the correct one, but again, it doesn't contain the
language as quoted in the news article.
