I need to locate the employment agreement, including stock vesting
schedule, for a specific executive at a specific company. The agreement
is not included in SEC filings. Can anyone recommend a source for this
information?
I am not looking for industry surveys or estimates or other data drawn
from public filings. Every database I've reviewed seems to compile SEC
filing data only.
