I apologize for the reposting but I didn't have any luck yesterday- so I
thought I'd try again...with more information.
I need a copy of the following:
"Ethical Requirements for Party-Appointed Arbitrators in Commercial
Cases" by John W. Cooley, published in the Midwest Alternative Dispute
Resolution Guide, Summer 2005.
Thanks to a tip from Dan Sherman, this publication is possibly a
supplement to the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and the Chicago Lawyer.
Unfortunately, Westlaw and Lexis do not have the supplements available
in their respective databases.
If you have this and can either fax or email a copy to me (if it is not
too voluminous), please let me know. We will pay the associated costs.
Thanks.
