I have an attorney who needs to review the current version of
Section 13.13A on self-insured retention provisions vs. deductibles from
Ostrager's Handbook on Insurance Coverage Disputes. This section
referenced is from the 12th edition, and I believe the publication is in
its 13th edition. Hopefully, the section was not renumbered in the
newer edition. If you have this publication and are able to provide
