Further to my previous posting today I have now found the Report I
was after. What I would now particularly like to know is what
happened after the release of that Report ? Did the Florida Bar
Association ( or any other governmental or private body) ever
reinstate Gersten or compensate him ? What is the current status of
the whole matter ? All or any help would be greatly appreciated.
