We use two - the favorite is: " Corporate Counsel's guide to the
Attorney client, Work-Product & self Evaluative Privleges" a looseleaf
from BLI (which of course is West now). Last updated Aug. 2005.
Also "attorney - client Privilege and the work product doctrine" by
Edna Epstein, published by ABA. Hope this helps.
