Subject: Alabama Librarians
One of our Attorneys is hoping to get a copy of an opinion that was
supposedly handed down at 2:00 today. Apparently, the Alabama Supreme
Court has a subscription service which allows downloading of opinions
(Alalinc maybe ???) of which we are not a subscriber. Plus, I don't
know how quickly this type of thing would be uploaded on to the system.
If anyone can get a copy of the opinion, I'd appreciate it. If not, an
explanation of how quickly the Sup. Ct normally gets decisions up on the
service would be great too!
