On this lovely Friday afternoon, we are desperately seeking a case from the Federal Carriers Cases:
Monsour v. Carley, 1989 Fed. Carr. Cas. (CCH) ¶ 83,481 (Ga. DeKalb Cy. 1988).
We haven't been able to locate a copy locally, so we're hoping that someone could email or fax it to us. We'll be happy to reimburse costs.
